Ensco reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 19, 2022.
In 2021, six Ensco executives received on average a compensation package of $9M, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas P. Burke, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 144% compared to 2020. 59% of Burke's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Burke also received $2.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $708K in salary, as well as $4M in other compensation.
Anton Dibowitz, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $15M. 95% of the compensation package, or $15M, was in stock awards.
Jonathan Baksht, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7.9M in 2021, a 88% increase compared to previous year.
Gilles Luca, Chief Operating Officer, received $5.9M in 2021.
Alan Quintero, Former Senior Vice President, Business Development, earned $4.9M in 2021.
Darin Gibbins, Chief Financial Officer, received $1M in 2021.
