In 2019, four VAPOTHERM executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 192% increase compared to previous year.
Joseph Army, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which increased by 380% compared to 2018. 80% of Army's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Army also received $200K in non-equity incentive plan, $400K in salary, as well as $500 in other compensation.

David Blouin, Vice President, U.S. Sales, earned $812K in 2019, a 96% increase compared to previous year.
Gregoire Ramade, Vice President, International Sales, received $808K in 2019, which increases by 53% compared to 2018.
