Varian reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on December 20, 2019.
In 2019, five Varian executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Dow R. Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.4M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2018. 44% of Wilson's compensation, or $4.2M, was in option awards. Wilson also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, $2.8M in stock awards, as well as $43K in other compensation.
