Velocity Financial reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 30, 2021.
In 2020, three executives at Velocity Financial received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 150% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher D. Farrar, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which increased by 194% compared to 2019. 58% of Farrar's compensation, or $1.5M, was in option awards. Farrar also received $600K in bonus, $450K in salary, as well as $18K in other compensation.
Jeffrey T. Taylor, Executive Vice President, Capital Markets, received a compensation package of $962K, which increased by 102% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $392K, was in option awards.
Mark R. Szczepaniak, Chief Financial Officer, earned $891K in 2020, a 113% increase compared to previous year.
