Velocity Financial reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 30, 2023.
In 2022, three executives at Velocity Financial received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher D. Farrar, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2021. 41% of Farrar's compensation, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Farrar also received $630K in salary, $1.1M in stock awards, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Mark R. Szczepaniak, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $640K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jeffrey T. Taylor, Executive Vice President, Capital Markets, earned $1.2M in 2022, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
