Velodyne Lidar reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 17, 2021.
In 2020, three executives at Velodyne Lidar received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 437% increase compared to previous year.
Anand Gopalan, Chief Executive Officer, received $26M in total, which increased by 802% compared to 2019. 93% of Gopalan's compensation, or $24M, was in stock awards. Marta Thoma Hall, Chief Marketing Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which increased by 150% compared to previous year. 89% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was in stock awards.
Thomas R. Tewell, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.9M in 2020, a 109% increase compared to previous year.
