Ventas CEO Debra Cafaro's 2018 pay falls 48% to $13M

Ventas reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 1, 2019.
In 2018, five Ventas executives received on average a compensation package of $5.8M, a 53% decrease compared to previous year.
Debra A. Cafaro, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 48% compared to 2017. 63% of Cafaro's compensation, or $8.2M, was in stock awards. Cafaro also received $3.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $80K in other compensation.

T. Richard Riney, Chief Administrative Officer, received $4M in 2018, which decreases by 44% compared to 2017.
