Veoneer CEO Jan Carlson's 2018 pay jumps 66% to $7.6M

Veoneer reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 27, 2019.
In 2018, seven Veoneer executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Jan Carlson, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.6M in total, which increased by 78% compared to 2017. 53% of Carlson's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Carlson also received $7.5K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.7M in salary, as well as $727K in other compensation.
Johan Löfvenholm, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which increased by 133% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in other compensation.
Lars Sjöbring, General Counsel, earned $2.6M in 2018, a 67% increase compared to previous year.
Mathias Hermansson, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.1M in 2018.
Peter Rogbrant, Former EVP Engineering, earned $963K in 2018.
Art Blanchford, EVP Business Unit, received $882K in 2018.
Thomas Jönsson, EVP Communications/IR, earned $777K in 2018, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
