Veoneer reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 29, 2021.
In 2020, five Veoneer executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 94% increase compared to previous year.
Jan Carlson, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.5M in total, which increased by 54% compared to 2019. 35% of Carlson's compensation, or $2.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Carlson also received $1M in bonus, $1.8M in salary, $642K in stock awards, as well as $759K in other compensation.
