Verastem reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 8, 2020.
In 2019, four Verastem executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian M. Stuglik, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in total. 49% of Stuglik's compensation, or $944K, was in option awards. Stuglik also received $200K in non-equity incentive plan, $254K in salary, $386K in stock awards, as well as $134K in other compensation.
Robert Forrester, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 67% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in option awards.
Daniel Paterson, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019.
Robert Gagnon, Chief Business and Financial Officer, received $1.6M in 2019, which decreases by 48% compared to 2018.
