Verastem reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 8, 2021.
In 2020, three Verastem executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
Brian M. Stuglik, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 81% compared to 2019. 37% of Stuglik's compensation, or $1.3M, was in stock awards. Stuglik also received $507K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in option awards, $609K in salary, as well as $42K in other compensation.
Daniel Paterson, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which increased by 38% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $929K, was in stock awards.
Robert Gagnon, Chief Business and Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2020, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
