Verastem CEO Brian Stuglik's 2021 pay rises 10% to $3.8M

Verastem reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, three Verastem executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian M. Stuglik, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2020. 40% of Stuglik's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Stuglik also received $390K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in option awards, $600K in salary, as well as $48K in other compensation.
Daniel Paterson, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which decreased by 24% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $629K, was in option awards.
Robert Gagnon, Chief Business and Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2021, which is about the same as previous year.
