Verastem reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on December 19, 2023.
In 2022, four Verastem executives received on average a compensation package of $623K, a 75% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian M. Stuglik, Chief Executive Officer, received $1M in total, which decreased by 73% compared to 2021. 61% of Stuglik's compensation, or $624K, was in salary. Stuglik also received $357K in non-equity incentive plan and $49K in other compensation.
Daniel Paterson, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $698K, which decreased by 62% compared to previous year. 67% of the compensation package, or $470K, was in salary.
Robert Gagnon, Former Chief Business and Financial Officer, earned $389K in 2022, a 77% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel Calkins, Vice President, Finance, received $376K in 2022.
