VEREIT reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 21, 2019.
In 2018, five VEREIT executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Glenn J. Rufrano, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.1M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2017. 60% of Rufrano's compensation, or $4.9M, was in stock awards. Rufrano also received $1.6M in bonus, $300K in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $314K in other compensation.
Thomas W. Roberts, Chief Investment Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Michael J. Bartolotta, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2018, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Paul H. McDowell, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.5M in 2018, which increases by 11% compared to 2017.
Lauren Goldberg, General Counsel, earned $2.4M in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
