VEREIT reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 7, 2020.
In 2019, five VEREIT executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Glenn J. Rufrano, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.8M in total, which decreased by 16% compared to 2018. 72% of Rufrano's compensation, or $4.9M, was in stock awards. Rufrano also received $300K in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $595K in other compensation.
Thomas W. Roberts, Chief Investment Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Michael J. Bartolotta, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.8M in 2019, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Paul H. McDowell, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.7M in 2019, which increases by 6% compared to 2018.
Lauren Goldberg, General Counsel, earned $2.6M in 2019, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
