VerifyMe reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 25, 2022.
In 2021, three VerifyMe executives received on average a compensation package of $272K, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at VerifyMe
Keith Goldstein, Chief Operating Officer, received $329K in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2020. 59% of Goldstein's compensation, or $196K, was in salary. Goldstein also received $75K in option awards, $44K in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Patrick White, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $297K, which decreased by 55% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $280K, was in salary.
Margaret Gezerlis, Chief Financial Officer, earned $190K in 2021, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
