Verint Systems reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on August 31, 2010.
In 2010, six executives at Verint Systems received on average a compensation package of $1M, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
Dan Bodner, Chief Executive Officer, received $2M in total, which decreased by 26% compared to 2009. 39% of Bodner's compensation, or $780K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Bodner also received $600K in salary, $602K in stock awards, as well as $42K in other compensation.
Meir Sperling, President, Verint Communications Intelligence and Investigative Solutions and Corporate Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which decreased by 18% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $461K, was in stock awards.
Douglas Robinson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $863K in 2010, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Elan Moriah, President, Verint Witness Actionable Solutions and Verint Video Intelligence Solutions and Corporate Officer, received $860K in 2010, which decreases by 35% compared to 2009.
Peter Fante, Chief Legal Officer, earned $743K in 2010, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
David Parcell, Managing Director, EMEA and Corporate Officer, received $714K in 2010, which decreases by 42% compared to 2009.
Verint Systems' fiscal year ends on January 31.
