Veritiv CEO Mary Laschinger's 2018 pay rises 3% to $6.8M

Veritiv reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 1, 2019.
In 2018, five Veritiv executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Mary A. Laschinger, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.8M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 73% of Laschinger's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Laschinger also received $780K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Thomas S. Lazzaro, Senior Vice President, Sales, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which increased by 61% compared to previous year. 75% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
Daniel J. Watkoske, Senior Vice President, Print, earned $2.3M in 2018, a 64% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen J. Smith, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.1M in 2018, which decreases by 51% compared to 2017.
Salvatore A. Abbate, Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2M in 2018.
