Veritone reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 12, 2021.
In 2020, five Veritone executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 673% increase compared to previous year.
Chad Steelberg, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.3M in total, which increased by 2,466% compared to 2019. 69% of Steelberg's compensation, or $5.1M, was in stock awards. Steelberg also received $600K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in option awards, $386K in salary, as well as $113K in other compensation.
Ryan Steelberg, President, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which increased by 1281% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
Michael L. Zemetra, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2020.
Peter F. Collins, Chief Financial Officer, received $735K in 2020, which increases by 57% compared to 2019.
Jeffrey B. Coyne, General Counsel, earned $703K in 2020, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
