Viacom CEO Philippe Dauman's 2007 pay jumps 133% to $26M

Viacom reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 18, 2008.
In 2007, six Viacom executives received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 48% decrease compared to previous year.
Philippe P. Dauman, Chief Executive Officer, received $26M in total, which increased by 133% compared to 2006. 41% of Dauman's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Dauman also received $16K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $7M in non-equity incentive plan, $6M in option awards, $2M in salary, as well as $264K in other compensation.
Thomas E. Dooley, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $21M, which increased by 127% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $8.7M, was in stock awards.
Sumner M. Redstone, Chairman, earned $16M in 2007, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael D. Fricklas, General Counsel, received $8.4M in 2007, which increases by 104% compared to 2006.
JoAnne A. Griffith, Former Executive Vice President, Human Resources, earned $1.8M in 2007.
Jacques Tortoroli, Chief Accounting Officer, received $1.6M in 2007.
Viacom's fiscal year ends on September 30.
