ViaSat CEO Mark Dankberg's 2019 pay rises 2% to $11M

ViaSat reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on July 18, 2019.
In 2019, five ViaSat executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark Dankberg, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2018. 42% of Dankberg's compensation, or $4.5M, was in option awards. Dankberg also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, $3.2M in stock awards, as well as $27K in other compensation.
Richard Baldridge, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.7M, which decreased by 22% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in option awards.
Ken Peterman, Senior Vice President and President, Government Systems, earned $3.4M in 2019, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Shawn Duffy, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.1M in 2019, which increases by 19% compared to 2018.
Kevin Harkenrider, Senior Vice President and President, Broadband Services, earned $3.1M in 2019.
ViaSat's fiscal year ends on March 31.
