ViaSat reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on July 22, 2022.
In 2022, five ViaSat executives received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Dankberg, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2021. 38% of Dankberg's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Dankberg also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.4M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Richard Baldridge, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $12M, which increased by 33% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $4.7M, was in stock awards.
Kevin Harkenrider, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.5M in 2022, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
Shawn Duffy, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.2M in 2022, which increases by 3% compared to 2021.
Mark Miller, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, earned $3.1M in 2022, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
ViaSat's fiscal year ends on March 31.
