Virtu Financial reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2018, three executives at Virtu Financial received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 144% increase compared to previous year.
Douglas A. Cifu, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.8M in total, which increased by 145% compared to 2017. 60% of Cifu's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Cifu also received $400K in bonus, $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $71K in other compensation.
Joseph Molluso, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6.2M, which increased by 175% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in stock awards.
Stephen Cavoli, Executive Vice President, Markets, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
