Virtusa reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on July 26, 2019.
In 2018, six Virtusa executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
Kris Canekeratne, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.8M in total, which increased by 87% compared to 2017. 83% of Canekeratne's compensation, or $7.3M, was in stock awards. Canekeratne also received $978K in non-equity incentive plan and $500K in salary.
Samir Dhir, President, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 108% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Raj Rajgopal, President, DBS, earned $2.7M in 2018, a 76% increase compared to previous year.
Ranjan Kalia, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.6M in 2018, which increases by 26% compared to 2017.
Thomas R. Holler, Executive Vice President, and Chief Strategy Officer, earned $2.6M in 2018, a 54% increase compared to previous year.
Keith Modder, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.4M in 2018, which increases by 62% compared to 2017.
Virtusa's fiscal year ends on March 31.
