Virtusa reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on July 26, 2019.
In 2019, five Virtusa executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Kris Canekeratne, Chief Executive Officer, received $8M in total, which decreased by 9% compared to 2018. 87% of Canekeratne's compensation, or $6.9M, was in stock awards. Canekeratne also received $546K in non-equity incentive plan and $513K in salary.
Samir Dhir, President, Head of Americas, received a compensation package of $3.2M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in stock awards.
Ranjan Kalia, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2019, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas R. Holler, Executive Vice President, and Chief Strategy Officer, received $2.2M in 2019, which decreases by 17% compared to 2018.
Keith Modder, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Virtusa's fiscal year ends on March 31.
