Vishay Intertechnology reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 22, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Vishay Intertechnology received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Gerald Paul, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.1M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2017. 50% of Paul's compensation, or $3.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Johan Vandoorn, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Clarence Tse, Executive Vice President Business Head Semiconductors, received $1.4M in 2018, which increases by 13% compared to 2017.
Lori Lipcaman, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
