Vital Farms reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 24, 2023.
In 2022, three executives at Vital Farms received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Russell Diez-Canseco, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which increased by 39% compared to 2021. 33% of Diez-Canseco's compensation, or $719K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Diez-Canseco also received $480K in option awards, $625K in salary, $320K in stock awards, as well as $17K in other compensation.
Peter Pappas, Chief Sales Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 74% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $725K, was in stock awards.
Bo Meissner, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2022.
