VOXX International reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on June 8, 2012.

Loriann Shelton, Chief Accounting Officer, received $810K in 2012, which increases by 80% compared to 2011.
David P. Kelley, President of Global Sales, KGI, earned $734K in 2012.
