VOXX International reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on June 7, 2013.
In 2013, eight executives at VOXX International received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Patrick M. Lavelle, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.9M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2012. 63% of Lavelle's compensation, or $1.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Lavelle also received $50K in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $17K in other compensation.

Fred S. Klipsch, Chairman, earned $1.2M in 2013, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
T. Paul Jacobs, Chief Executive Officer, received $970K in 2013, which increases by 8% compared to 2012.
Charles M. Stoehr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $777K in 2013, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas Malone, Senior Vice President, received $750K in 2013, which decreases by 20% compared to 2012.
David P. Kelley, President of Global Sales, KGI, earned $747K in 2013, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Loriann Shelton, Chief Accounting Officer, received $618K in 2013, which decreases by 24% compared to 2012.
VOXX International's fiscal year ends on February 29.
