VOXX International reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on June 7, 2022.

Charles M. Stoehr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $797K in 2022, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Oscar Bernardo, Chief Operating Officer, received $577K in 2022, which decreases by 9% compared to 2021.
