Wal-Mart Stores reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 23, 2020.
In 2020, six executives at Wal-Mart Stores received on average a compensation package of $19M, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
Suresh Kumar, Chief Technology Officer, received $46M in total. 95% of Kumar's compensation, or $44M, was in stock awards. Kumar also received $515K in bonus, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $577K in salary, as well as $22K in other compensation.

Judith McKenna, Executive Vice President, received $12M in 2020, which decreases by 6% compared to 2019.
John R. Furner, Executive Vice President, earned $9.9M in 2020, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
M. Brett Biggs, Chief Financial Officer, received $8.8M in 2020, which decreases by 7% compared to 2019.
