WD-40 reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on November 3, 2021.
In 2021, five WD-40 executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Garry O. Ridge, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which increased by 28% compared to 2020. 42% of Ridge's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Ridge also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $675K in salary, as well as $130K in other compensation.
Steven A. Brass, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 42% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $787K, was in stock awards.
Jay W. Rembolt, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Patricia Q. Olsem, Division President, Americas, received $1M in 2021, which increases by 31% compared to 2020.
William B. Noble, Managing Director, EMEA, earned $934K in 2021, a 53% increase compared to previous year.
