Welbilt reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 13, 2019.
In 2018, seven Welbilt executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Hubertus M. Muehlhaeuser, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2017. 49% of Muehlhaeuser's compensation, or $2M, was in stock awards. Muehlhaeuser also received $685K in option awards, $648K in salary, as well as $800K in other compensation.

Haresh Shah, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 87% increase compared to previous year.
Andreas G. Weishaar, Former Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation and Digital Officer, received $1.4M in 2018, which increases by 29% compared to 2017.
Joel H. Horn, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2018.
Richard N. Caron, Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer, received $1M in 2018, which increases by 44% compared to 2017.
William C. Johnson, Chief Executive Officer, earned $364K in 2018.
