West Pharmaceutical Services reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 24, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at West Pharmaceutical Services received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Eric M. Green, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.6M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2019. 29% of Green's compensation, or $2.3M, was in stock awards.
