Whirlpool reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 5, 2021.
In 2020, six Whirlpool executives received on average a compensation package of $6.4M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Marc R. Bitzer, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2019. 38% of Bitzer's compensation, or $6.4M, was in stock awards.
