In 2020, three WidePoint executives received on average a compensation package of $568K, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at WidePoint
Jin Kang, Chief Executive Officer, received $661K in total, which increased by 43% compared to 2019. 53% of Kang's compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Kang also received $110K in bonus, $198K in stock awards, as well as $3K in other compensation.
Jason Holloway, Executive Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and President of WidePoint Cybersecurity Solutions Corporation, received a compensation package of $529K, which increased by 32% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $265K, was in salary.
Kellie Kim, Chief Financial Officer, earned $514K in 2020.
