Williams Companies reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 19, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Williams Companies received on average a compensation package of $7.1M, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Alan S. Armstrong, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 46% compared to 2018. 66% of Armstrong's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Armstrong also received $2.2M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $25K in other compensation.
Micheal G. Dunn, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.6M, which increased by 30% compared to previous year. 71% of the compensation package, or $4.7M, was in stock awards.
Chad J. Zamarin, SVP, Corporate Strategic Development, earned $5.3M in 2019, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
John D. Chandler, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.8M in 2019, which increases by 29% compared to 2018.
John E. Poarch, SVP, Project, earned $3.5M in 2019.
