Cree reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 7, 2018.
In 2018, five Cree executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Gregg A. Lowe, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total. 86% of Lowe's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Lowe also received $860K in non-equity incentive plan, $581K in salary, as well as $400K in other compensation.
Charles M. Swoboda, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which decreased by 48% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in other compensation.
Michael E. McDevitt, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2018, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
David T. Emerson, Executive Vice President–LED Products, received $1.7M in 2018.
Daniel J. Castillo, Former Executive Vice President and President–Lighting Products, earned $1.6M in 2018, a 53% decrease compared to previous year.
Cree's fiscal year ends on June 26.
