Workday reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 10, 2022.
In 2022, six Workday executives received on average a compensation package of $13M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Chano Fernandez, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in total, which decreased by 19% compared to 2021. 93% of Fernandez's compensation, or $21M, was in stock awards. Fernandez also received $753K in bonus, $632K in salary, as well as $91K in other compensation.
Aneel Bhusri, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $18M, which increased by 584% compared to previous year. 84% of the compensation package, or $15M, was in stock awards.
Douglas A. Robinson, Co, President, earned $12M in 2022.
Robynne D. Sisco, Co, President, received $10M in 2022, which decreases by 11% compared to 2021.
James J. Bozzini, Chief Operating Officer, earned $10M in 2022, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard H. Sauer, Chief Legal Officer, received $5.9M in 2022, which decreases by 13% compared to 2021.
Workday's fiscal year ends on January 31.
