Workiva reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2018, six Workiva executives received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 93% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew M. Rizai, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which increased by 135% compared to 2017.
Jeffrey Trom, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $5.4M. 84% of the compensation package, or $4.6M, was in stock awards.
Scott Ryan, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, earned $5M in 2018.
J. Stuart Miller, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.6M in 2018, which increases by 177% compared to 2017.
Troy M. Calkins, Secretary, earned $4M in 2018, a 144% increase compared to previous year.
Martin J. Vanderploeg, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in 2018, which decreases by 1% compared to 2017.
