Workiva reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 19, 2021.
In 2020, six Workiva executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Martin J. Vanderploeg, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.6M in total, which decreased by 18% compared to 2019. 68% of Vanderploeg's compensation, or $2.4M, was in stock awards. Vanderploeg also received $413K in non-equity incentive plan, $690K in salary, as well as $53K in other compensation.
Julie Iskow, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which decreased by 52% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
Scott Ryan, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, earned $2.9M in 2020, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Trom, Chief Technology Officer, received $2.5M in 2020, which decreases by 6% compared to 2019.
J. Stuart Miller, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2020, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Brandon E. Ziegler, General Counsel, received $2.5M in 2020.
