Workiva reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 18, 2022.
In 2021, six Workiva executives received on average a compensation package of $5.8M, a 101% increase compared to previous year.
Martin J. Vanderploeg, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.8M in total, which increased by 174% compared to 2020. 79% of Vanderploeg's compensation, or $7.8M, was in stock awards. Vanderploeg also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $690K in salary, as well as $47K in other compensation.
Julie Iskow, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.5M, which increased by 122% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $6M, was in stock awards.
Jill Klindt, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.4M in 2021.
Jeffrey Trom, Chief Technology Officer, received $4.9M in 2021, which increases by 95% compared to 2020.
Mithun Banarjee, Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, earned $4.7M in 2021.
J. Stuart Miller, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.7M in 2021, which increases by 7% compared to 2020.
