Vantiv reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 3, 2019.
In 2018, six Vantiv executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 151% increase compared to previous year.
Charles Drucker, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 57% compared to 2017. 55% of Drucker's compensation, or $9.6M, was in stock awards. Drucker also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $5M in option awards, $878K in salary, as well as $212K in other compensation.
Philip Jansen, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $14M. 49% of the compensation package, or $7.1M, was in stock awards.
Mark Heimbouch, Chief Operating Officer, earned $10M in 2018, a 147% increase compared to previous year.
Stephanie Ferris, Chief Financial Officer, received $8.3M in 2018, which increases by 244% compared to 2017.
Shane Happach, Executive Vice President, Head of Global Enterprise eCommerce, earned $8M in 2018.
Royal Cole, Executive Vice President, Head of North American Region, received $7.4M in 2018, which increases by 274% compared to 2017.
