Weight Watchers International reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 5, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Weight Watchers International received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.
Mindy Grossman, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.8M in total, which decreased by 74% compared to 2017. 59% of Grossman's compensation, or $5.2M, was in stock awards. Grossman also received $10K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $303K in other compensation.
Nicholas P. Hotchkin, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Stacey Mowbray, Former President, North America, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Michael F. Colosi, General Counsel, received $1.5M in 2018, which decreases by 5% compared to 2017.
Corinne Pollier, President, International, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
