Weight Watchers International reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 2, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Weight Watchers International received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Mindy Grossman, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.3M in total, which decreased by 17% compared to 2018. 57% of Grossman's compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Grossman also received $26K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $255K in other compensation.
Nicholas P. Hotchkin, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which decreased by 10% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Michael F. Colosi, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2019, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Corinne Pollier, President, International, received $1.2M in 2019, which decreases by 12% compared to 2018.
Stacey Mowbray, Former President, North America, earned $1.2M in 2019, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
