Wynn Resorts reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 27, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Wynn Resorts received on average a compensation package of $6.5M, a 58% decrease compared to previous year.
Matt Maddox, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which decreased by 31% compared to 2017. 70% of Maddox's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Maddox also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.9M in salary, as well as $695K in other compensation.
Craig Billings, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $7.5M, which increased by 33% compared to previous year. 75% of the compensation package, or $5.6M, was in stock awards.
Kimmarie Sinatra, General Counsel, earned $4.9M in 2018, a 63% decrease compared to previous year.
Ellen F. Whittemore, General Counsel, received $2M in 2018.
Stephen A. Wynn, Chief Executive Officer, earned $786K in 2018, a 98% decrease compared to previous year.
