Wynn Resorts reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 25, 2021.
In 2020, three executives at Wynn Resorts received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 65% increase compared to previous year.
Matt Maddox, Chief Executive Officer, received $25M in total, which increased by 77% compared to 2019. 83% of Maddox's compensation, or $20M, was in stock awards. Maddox also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $699K in option awards, $2M in salary, as well as $490K in other compensation.
Craig Billings, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $7.2M, which increased by 49% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $3.7M, was in stock awards.
Ellen F. Whittemore, General Counsel, earned $3.3M in 2020, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
