Wynn Resorts reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 24, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at Wynn Resorts received on average a compensation package of $8.9M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Matt Maddox, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 47% compared to 2020. 66% of Maddox's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Maddox also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.9M in salary, as well as $29K in other compensation.
Craig Billings, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $11M, which increased by 50% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $8.4M, was in stock awards.
Ellen F. Whittemore, General Counsel, earned $3.2M in 2021, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
