Xilinx reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on June 20, 2018.
In 2018, seven Xilinx executives received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 118% increase compared to previous year.
Moshe N. Gavrielov, Chief Executive Officer, received $23M in total, which increased by 259% compared to 2017. 68% of Gavrielov's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Gavrielov also received $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $670K in salary, as well as $5.4M in other compensation.
Victor Peng, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which increased by 84% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in stock awards.
Vincent L. Tong, Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Quality, earned $2.5M in 2018, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Steven L. Glaser, Former Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Marketing, received $2.2M in 2018.
Emre Önder, Senior Vice President, Product and Vertical Marketing, earned $1.9M in 2018.
Lorenzo A. Flores, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.7M in 2018, which decreases by 9% compared to 2017.
William Madden, Senior Vice President, Hardware and Systems Product Development, earned $1.7M in 2018.
Xilinx's fiscal year ends on April 3.
