Xilinx CEO Victor Peng's 2019 pay jumps 60% to $6.6M

Xilinx reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on June 21, 2019.
In 2019, five Xilinx executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Victor Peng, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.6M in total, which increased by 60% compared to 2018. 63% of Peng's compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Peng also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $700K in salary, as well as $4.7K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $148,150 at Xilinx. Therefore, the ratio of Victor Peng's pay to the median employee pay was 44 to one.
Salil Raje, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Center Group, received a compensation package of $2.6M. 56% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
William Madden, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Wired and Wireless Group, earned $2.6M in 2019, a 55% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Wadlington, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, received $2.5M in 2019.
Lorenzo A. Flores, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.2M in 2019, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
